She went to a party with a friend. She never came home.

Local Teen Reported Missing After Weekend Party
RIVERSIDE, CA — October 20, 2006
Riverside Police briefly confirmed that an 18-year-old Riverside resident,
Yulia Ventura López, was reported missing earlier this week after failing to
return home following a party attended over the weekend.
According to authorities, the young woman was last seen on the night of
October 12th in the Riverside area. Friends interviewed by police stated that
Ventura López left the gathering at an unknown time and did not inform anyone
of her plans afterward.
Police representatives indicated that there were no immediate signs of foul
play and suggested the case may involve a voluntary absence.
“At this time, there is no evidence that a crime has occurred,” an RPD
spokesperson said. “These situations often resolve themselves.”
Ventura López is described as having a distinctive alternative appearance,
commonly associated with local youth subcultures. Officials noted that such
cases are not uncommon and encouraged patience as the situation develops.

The paper received no follow-up requests regarding this case.

We questioned one of the roomates of the house owner where the party took place, Yulia's brother followed him to campus and was able to finally talk to him, since the rest of the house residents said he didn't even attend the party, but now we know that's not true.
according to this guy we'll call "Jhon", he said yulia never left the party, in fact, he said everyone was way too intoxicated to even notice, but that he saw yulia enter a bathroom and never come out, the next day, when he woke up, he noticed the bathroom door open and he could smell vomit and bleach in there, his roomates were not in the house at the time, and he was able to take this picture, we aren't sure what they did, but now we're sure they not only did something to Yulia, but they're covering it up and trying to silence Jhon into not telling anyone, but we know the truth.

Wait, what? i used to have math with her in elementary, just looked her up on Myspace and saw she hadn't been on it in like three years, just found this?? is this real? if it is, i'm so sorry for not reaching out, i really, really hope you all find her :(
